The Challenge:

Spiceworks is the developer of a sophisticated web-based networking application who needed a way to demonstrate key features of its products and reduce technical support call volume.

The Solution:

I created a template for a context-sensitive series of animated tutorials with an interface that was tightly integrated with the company’s existing brand and products.

My Role:
