NCEA/ACT
The Challenge:
The National Center for Educational Achievement, an ACT organization who helps K-12 students reach college and career readiness, needed a way to communicate the benefits of CoreWork Diagnostics (its online, subscription-based service designed to enhance educator practices and raise student achievement) to a skeptical, time-deprived audience.
The Solution:
I recommended the creation of a micro-site that, among other things, includes: animated mini-tours of the product, a “Challenges/Solutions/Results” section, video testimonials, and a “contact us” form that emails information requests to its sales staff to help generate and qualify leads. This concept grew out of the User Persona exercise that I utilize on many projects to better understand how the target audience will use the site. Note: The entire presentation is available here.
