CPS RECRUITING

The Challenge:

CPS, a national recruiting firm that was established in 1973, felt it was time to modernize their visual identity and website. Among other things, they wanted to emphasize the firm’s experience (over 40,000 placements) and differentiate among its many competitors. They also requested an animated intro, and, the site had to work with their existing jobs database.

The Solution:

After redesigning the firm’s logo, I developed a concept for the website that illustrates the firm’s vast network of hiring managers and talent. I also created an interface that allows visitors to immediately navigate to other parts of the site, without being forced to view the brief, animated intro. And finally, I worked with the firm’s database vendor to seamlessly integrate their HTML-based front-end with my Flash-based front-end.
